We are seeking a dynamic and motivated HR Recruiter to join our team in Chennai. The ideal candidate will assist in the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing candidates to onboarding new employees. This role is perfect for individuals looking to start their career in human resources.
Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and shortlist candidates for various positions
- Conduct initial phone interviews and coordinate interviews with hiring managers
- Maintain and update the applicant tracking system
- Develop and manage job postings on various platforms
- Build and maintain relationships with potential candidates and hiring managers
- Participate in career fairs and recruitment events to attract talent
- Assist in the onboarding process for new employees
Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic understanding of recruitment processes and techniques
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) is a plus
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
