This is a full-time on-site HR intern position located in HSR Layout, Bengaluru. The HR intern will assist in talent acquisition (TA) activities, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates. Additional daily tasks include maintaining HR data, supporting HR management processes, coordinating training sessions, and assisting with benefits administration. The intern will also gain exposure to HR operations and collaborate with various teams to enhance recruitment strategies.

• Knowledge of Human Resources (HR) and HR management practices
• Familiarity with Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS)
• Experience or interest in Benefits Administration and Training
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple responsibilities and meet deadlines
• Proactive and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment
• Pursuing or completed a degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
