Leading BPO is looking for a Customer Support Executive to join their team. As a Customer Support Executive, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service by addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues efficiently. This is a full-time, permanent position within the Customer Success, Service & Operations department.
Freshers or experienced Male/ Female both can apply
immediate joiner will be preferred
Key Responsibilities
Resolve customer issues and concerns efficiently to ensure high customer satisfaction.
Maintain a thorough understanding of products, services, and policies to effectively address customer inquiries.
Respond accurately and promptly to customer inquiries through various channels, including phone, email, and chat.
Escalate complex issues to higher authorities when necessary and follow up on their resolutions.
Keep detailed and accurate records of customer interactions and inquiries.
Qualifications / Requirements
Higher secondary (HS) / Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is required.
Must have strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact with customers professionally and empathetically.
Must be proficient in both English and Hindi.
Willingness to work rotational day shifts with rotational week-offs.
Preferred Skills / Attributes
Experience in a BPO environment will be preferable
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet.
Prior experience in customer service or tele calling will be preferred
