Job description

Responsible for Full Life-cycle Recruitment

Expertise in recruitment i.e. sourcing, screening, interview scheduling.

Experience in the complete recruitment life cycle process starting from sourcing - validating resumes, preliminary interviews, salary negotiations, rolling out offers.

Sourcing Expert in multiple Job portals and other social media as well

Convincing candidates to take up the opportunity Salary Negotiations Follow ups with the candidate and the Delivery team till the Joining date.
