Key Responsibilities

• Delivery & Logistics:

Picking up and delivering items to specified locations, planning efficient routes, and adhering to schedules.

• Customer Service:

Interacting professionally with customers, confirming details, answering questions, and handling complaints.

• Handling Goods:

Carefully loading, unloading, and inspecting packages to prevent damage.

• Documentation & Payments:

Obtaining signatures, recording deliveries, and collecting payments when required.

• Vehicle & Safety:

Ensuring the vehicle is well-maintained, refueling it, and following all traffic and safety regulations.

• Reporting:

Communicating with supervisors about delays, issues, or accidents, and maintaining delivery logs.

Essential Skills & Qualifications

• Strong Time Management & Route Planning.
• Good Communication & Interpersonal Skills.
• Physical Stamina (for lifting/handling).
• Familiarity with Local Areas/GPS.
• Customer-Oriented Mindset.
