We are seeking a dedicated Customer Support Executive to join our team in India for the UK Day Shift. The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of experience in customer service, providing support to clients across various channels. This role is critical in ensuring our customers have a positive experience with our products and services.

Responsibilities

  • Assist customers via phone, email, and chat to resolve inquiries and issues.
  • Provide accurate and timely information regarding products and services.
  • Document customer interactions and maintain detailed records of support requests.
  • Collaborate with team members and other departments to improve customer experience.
  • Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate teams.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with customer support software and tools (e.g., Zendesk, Freshdesk).
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Basic understanding of customer service principles and practices.
