Job Description
We are hiring experienced Customer Support Executives for our Banking Process. The role involves handling customer queries, resolving issues, and delivering excellent service while maintaining banking compliance standards.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Handle inbound/outbound calls or emails related to banking support.
- Assist customers with account queries, transactions, card issues, loan information, and digital banking support.
- Provide accurate and timely resolutions while ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Maintain data accuracy and follow RBI & company compliance guidelines.
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate departments.
- Update customer interactions in the CRM system.
Eligibility Criteria
- Education:
- Undergraduates with minimum 612 months experience in customer support / BPO / banking.
- Graduates with experience in customer service (Banking experience preferred).
- Age: 18 35 years
- Skills Required:
- Excellent verbal communication skills
- Basic knowledge of banking processes
- Good problem-solving & customer-handling skills
- Computer proficiency (typing & system navigation)
Salary Range
5 lap to 6lpa
(Depends on experience, communication skills, and process)
