As a Manager in our Consulting practice, you will drive high-impact engagements across the Banking, Finance, and Risk domains. You will bring strong business analysis skills, deep domain expertise, and a structured consulting mindset to solve complex client challenges. The role requires the ability to manage multi‑workstream programmes, lead cross-functional teams, and ensure seamless delivery in dynamic and regulated banking environments.
You will work closely with senior client stakeholders, translate business requirements into actionable solutions, and oversee end‑to‑end engagement delivery. The ideal candidate is proactive, analytical, detail‑oriented, and capable of working independently while guiding teams to deliver exceptional outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end‑to‑end delivery of consulting projects across multiple workstreams.
- Manage client relationships and act as the primary point of contact for senior stakeholders.
- Conduct requirements gathering, business analysis, and solution design.
- Facilitate workshops, governance meetings, and status updates.
- Oversee project planning, timelines, risks, issues, and reporting.
- Guide and mentor junior consultants and analysts.
- Ensure quality of deliverables and adherence to consulting methodologies.
- Coordinate with cross‑functional teams and external partners to ensure smooth delivery.
- Drive problem‑solving, decision-making, and issue resolution.
- Contribute to practice development, proposals, and internal knowledge building.
Skills & Experience Required
- Functional experience of 6-9 years in Credit Risk, regulatory change management in Investment Banking or Consulting firms.
- Strong understanding of BASEL regulation, RWA Calculation, Risk Parameter PD,LGD,EAD and Risk Models.
- Hands-on experience in requirements gathering, BRD/FRD creation, and user story writing.
- Ability to perform process mapping, gap analysis, and data flow documentation.
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities to break down complex business issues.
- Excellent skills to handle large volume of data analysis using SQL, MS Assess and interpreting financial/risk data.
- Ability to engage with SMEs, product owners, risk managers, finance teams, and IT stakeholders.
- Robust Credit Risk knowledge across core banking functions like Client Onboarding, Credit analysis, Lending, credit Risk Monitoring and Reporting.
Preferred Qualifications
- Postgraduate degree (MBA preferred) or equivalent professional qualification.
- Delivery or programme management certifications such as PMP, Prince2, Agile, or SAFe.
- Experience in strategy consulting, technology consulting, risk consulting, or model governance environments.
