Description

We are looking for a BPO Hiring candidate with 0-1 years of experience who can join our team in Bangalore. The candidate should have excellent communication skills and the ability to handle customer queries and concerns with ease. The ideal candidate should also have knowledge in managing and resolving customer complaints and issues.

Skills and Qualifications

Excellent communication skills in English & Hindi
Ability to handle customer queries and complaints with empathy and professionalism
Basic computer skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office applications
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
Flexibility to work in rotating shifts
Graduate in any stream

Requirements:

Hiring for Domestic BPO for top MNCs

Process: Multiple Process (Voice, Non-Voice and Semi Voice)

Qualification: 10th and above

Experience: Fresher and Experienced

Salary: 2.5LPA to 3.5LPA

Shifts: Day Shift

Communication: Good English & Hindi or Any other Languages

Location: Brookfield, Bellandur, Whitefield, Manyata Tech Park, Bommanahalli, Tin factory, Kudlu Gate, Shivajinagar, Koramangala, Marathalli. Garvebhavi palya, Bellandur.
