Description
We are seeking enthusiastic individuals for our voice process team who are fluent in Bengali and/or Hindi. This role involves engaging with customers through phone calls to provide excellent service and support.
Responsibilities
- Engage with customers through voice calls in Bengali/Hindi to provide assistance and resolve queries.
- Understand customer needs and provide appropriate solutions or guidance.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by delivering exceptional service.
- Document customer interactions and feedback accurately in the system.
- Collaborate with team members to improve processes and enhance customer experience.
Skills and Qualifications
- Fluent in Bengali and/or Hindi with excellent verbal communication skills.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with MS Office Suite.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-centric attitude.
- Prior experience in a voice process or customer service role is a plus, but not mandatory for freshers.
