You'll be a good fit if you have
- Strong Python programming and system design fundamentals.
- Hands-on experience deploying LLM applications in production environments.
- Expertise in RAG pipelines, embeddings, vector databases, and asynchronous APIs.
- Proficiency with backend frameworks such as FastAPI and familiarity with memory system design.
- A solid understanding of prompt versioning and LLM evaluation methodologies.
- 1-3 years of working experience
Key Responsibilities
- Design and deploy production-grade LLM applications such as chat systems, coaching flows, and content engines.
- Build robust context management and memory architectures while implementing RAG pipelines including chunking, embedding strategies, and retrieval tuning.
- Develop and integrate personalization engines using behavioral and engagement data and design hybrid ML plus rule-based systems for enhanced explainability and control.
- Construct scalable AI microservices using FastAPI, establish async pipelines, and integrate external AI services (LLMs, image generation, TTS/STT).
- Build automated evaluation pipelines, design monitoring frameworks, and troubleshoot issues like prompt drift, quality degradation, and cost spikes.
