Key Responsibilities
- Counsel prospective parents and students on school programs, facilities, and the admission process.
- Manage walk-in enquiries, phone calls, and online leads efficiently.
- Conduct campus tours and present the academic and extracurricular framework effectively.
- Maintain accurate records of enquiries, follow-ups, and admissions.
- Support and participate in admission events, school visits, and marketing campaigns.
- Coordinate with academic and admin teams for smooth student onboarding.
- Meet and exceed monthly and annual admission targets.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelors degree in any discipline (MBA/PG in Marketing or Education preferred).
- 2 to 6 years of experience in admissions, sales, or customer service (education sector preferred).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Smart, confident, and customer-focused personality.
- Proficient in MS Office and data management tools.
- Self-motivated and team-oriented professional.
