Roles & Responsibilities
Handle customer inquiries through email and phone professionally and promptly
Coordinate with operations teams, shipping lines, agents, and transporters
Track import and export shipments and provide accurate status updates
Prepare, verify, and follow up on shipping documents (BL, Invoice, DO, etc.)
Manage customer complaints and ensure proper resolution
Maintain systematic records of shipments and communications
Follow up on pending documents, payments, and deliveries
Ensure smooth coordination between clients and internal teams
