We're looking for a strong Engineering Manager / Technical Leader to join a high-scale product team building complex, large-scale platforms across logistics, supply chain, e-commerce, or B2B SaaS.
What You'll Bring- 9+ years of software engineering experience building large-scale products
- 2+ years as an Engineering Manager / Tech Lead with people management
- Strong hands-on technical foundation in:
- Java (or other compiled languages)
- Scripting: Python / PHP / Ruby / Perl / Node.js
- Web: HTML, CSS, JavaScript
- Databases: SQL & NoSQL
- Ability to solve complex technical challenges and guide teams on architecture, design, quality, and best practices
- Experience leading cross-functional teams, planning delivery, mentoring engineers, and conducting performance reviews
- Strong collaboration with Product, UX, QA, and stakeholders
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
