Customer Support Executive to join our CS team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling feedback calls, managing existing passenger (pax) calls, resolving their queries efficiently, coordinating data updates with the Changes Team, and managing chargeback documentation and tracking.
Salary 35k - 45k + Travel Allowance
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct feedback calls with passengers to gather insights and ensure satisfaction.
- Handle existing pax calls, addressing concerns and providing timely resolutions.
- Resolve customer queries through phone or email in a professional and courteous manner.
- Coordinate with the Changes Team to manage and update customer data as required.
- Prepare, submit, and track chargeback documents, ensuring timely follow-up and closure.
- Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions, data changes, and chargeback cases.
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless communication and process alignment.
Requirements
Bachelors degree in any discipline.
- 1-3 years of experience in customer service, travel, or a related field.
- Candidate must have experience in PPC process
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and handle customer concerns calmly and effectively.
- Proficiency in MS Office and basic CRM tools.
