Job Summary
We are looking for a Corporate Relations Manager with strong experience in IT staffing and placements. This role is similar to a Placement Officer and focuses on building relationships with IT companies, identifying job openings, and coordinating successful placements.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain relationships with IT companies, HR managers, recruiters, and staffing partners
- Identify current and upcoming job openings and hiring requirements
- Coordinate IT staffing and placement opportunities
- Work closely with corporate HR teams to understand skill requirements and hiring timelines
- Develop and manage corporate tie-ups and partnerships
- Conduct regular follow-ups for feedback, future hiring, and repeat requirements
Required Skills
- Strong experience in IT staffing or placements
- Good understanding of IT roles, technologies, and hiring processes
- Excellent communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills
- Ability to interact confidently with corporate HRs and recruiters
Preferred Background
- Experience as a Placement Officer, Corporate Relations Executive, or IT Staffing Coordinator
- Experience with IT companies, staffing firms, or recruitment consultancies
- Experience in training institutes, skill development programs, or campus placements is an added advantage
