Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Development Specialist based in Ahmedabad. The Business Development Specialist will be responsible for generating leads, conducting market research, providing excellent customer service, and using analytical skills to identify business opportunities. Daily tasks will include reaching out to potential clients, maintaining client relationships, and contributing to strategy development to drive business growth.

Job Title: Upwork Sales Executive / Online Bidder

Location: Ahmedabad ( In-house)

Experience: 1+ years working on Upwork or similar platforms.

Excellent salary package.

Key Responsibilities:

• Find and bid on suitable jobs/projects on Upwork, Linkedin or similar bidding portal daily.
• Write customized, compelling proposals.
• Communicate with potential clients and gather requirements.
• Follow up on proposals to maximize conversion
• Maintain a strong pipeline of prospective clients
• Collaborate with internal team for technical inputs.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in lead generation/sales via Upwork or Linkedin.
• Strong written communication and proposal-writing skills
• Familiarity with IT services (web dev, mobile apps, etc.)
• Ability to handle multiple proposals and follow-ups
• Proficient in English

Nice to Have:

• Experience with other platforms like Freelancer, Guru, Fiverr
• Knowledge of CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Zoho)
