We are seeking a dedicated Recruitment Specialist to focus on hiring BPO companies in India. The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of experience in recruitment, particularly within the BPO sector, and will play a key role in sourcing and evaluating candidates to meet our hiring needs.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and engage with potential BPO companies in India for hiring purposes.
  • Conduct interviews and assess candidates for various roles within the BPO sector.
  • Coordinate with team members to understand hiring needs and create job descriptions accordingly.
  • Maintain and update candidate databases and track hiring progress.
  • Foster relationships with BPO companies to ensure a steady pipeline of candidates.

Skills and Qualifications

  • 1-3 years of experience in recruitment or human resources, preferably in the BPO sector.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with candidates and clients.
  • Proficient in using recruitment software and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
  • Ability to assess candidate skills and match them with job requirements.
  • Understanding of BPO operations and the specific skills required for various roles.
