Salary: 4.5 LPA + Reimbursements + Incentives
Experience Required: 2 to 10 years in Sales
Job Role Responsibilities
- Drive life insurance sales targets through effective team management.
- Recruit, train, and develop insurance agents on a commission basis.
- Monitor and guide agents activity plans to ensure achievement of business goals.
- Conduct weekly performance reviews (PRP) with agents and update the Sales Management System.
- Motivate agents for career advancement programs and encourage long-term association with the organization.
- Promote the use of Agent Portal CRM for client management and cross-selling opportunities.
Candidate Requirements
- Experience: Minimum 2 years in Sales (Life Insurance preferred).
- Education: Graduate in any stream.
- Skills Attributes:
