Required Skills:
Experience in Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) and Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO) is mandatory
- Must have minimum experience of 3 plus years in AJO.
- Executes configurations under guidance; builds schemas, segments, and standard journeys.
- Exposure to end-to-end AJO implementations.
- AJO: Hands-on AEP: XDM schema design, identity resolution, profiles, segments, sources/destinations.
- AJO: Journey design, event triggers, audience eligibility, templates, offers/personalization, throttling, frequency capping.
- Edge Network basics and tag management (Adobe Launch / other TMS).
- Practical experience with JSON, APIs, webhooks, and data transformation.

- Understanding of data privacy, consent frameworks, and enterprise governance.
Core Responsibilities:
- Work across Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) and Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO) to design data models, implement real-time ingestion, configure identity resolution, and orchestrate omni-channel journeys
- Implement AEP data pipelines: Sources, datasets, XDM schemas, identity AME spaces, and profile stitching.
- Configure AEP RT-CDP: Segments, audiences, destinations (e.g., email/SMS, ad platforms), consent & governance controls.
- Build AJO journeys & campaigns: Triggers, eligibility rules, orchestration logic, templates, personalization, experimentation.
- Integrate event sources (Streaming, batch), Edge implementations, and decisioning.
- Establish monitoring & QA: Data quality checks, segment population, journey performance, deliverability, error handling.
- Collaborate with QA, Analytics, and Marketing Ops; document solutions & runbooks, provide L3 support
