Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Adobe CDP Specialist with in-depth knowledge of Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) and Real-Time Customer Data Platform (RTCDP). The ideal candidate will play a key role in designing data models, managing identity resolution, and enabling real-time customer insights to drive personalized marketing initiatives and data-driven decision-making.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 4+ years of experience working with Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) and Real-Time CDP.
- Strong understanding of XDM schema design, identity management, and data governance principles.
- Experience with data ingestion workflows, APIs, and audience segmentation.
- Familiarity with Adobe Journey Optimizer, Adobe Analytics, and Experience Cloud integrations.
- Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and documentation skills.
- Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
Roles & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement XDM schemas to ensure scalable and efficient data models within Adobe Experience Platform.
- Manage data ingestion pipelines, including batch and streaming data sources, ensuring data accuracy and compliance.
- Configure and optimize identity resolution to unify customer profiles across multiple data sources.
- Establish and enforce data governance and privacy controls within AEP.
- Develop and manage audience segmentation for real-time activation and personalized targeting.
- Collaborate with marketing, analytics, and technology teams to enable seamless integration across Adobe applications and third-party systems.
- Monitor data quality, troubleshoot ingestion issues, and ensure platform performance.
Good To Have
- Adobe Certified Expert Real-Time Customer Data Platform certification.
- Experience with customer journey orchestration and personalization strategies.
- Knowledge of privacy and consent management frameworks (GDPR, CCPA, etc.).
