Role Description
This is a part-time on-site role for a Hindi/Gujarati Faculty located in Vadodara. The role involves planning and delivering lessons in Hindi and/or Gujarati to students in alignment with the GSEB and CBSE curriculum. Responsibilities include preparing teaching materials, fostering language skills through interactive and concept-based learning approaches, engaging students in discussions, grading assignments, and contributing to the academic progress monitoring and reporting of each student. Faculty members are expected to provide personalized guidance to ensure improved understanding and performance.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in teaching Hindi and/or Gujarati, with strong language fluency in reading, writing, and speaking.
- Experience in creating engaging and structured lesson plans and teaching materials.
- Skills in classroom management and fostering a positive and disciplined learning environment.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills to facilitate effective teaching and student interaction.
- Experience working with GSEB or CBSE board curriculum is a strong advantage.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Hindi, Gujarati, Education, or a related field is preferred.
- Passion for teaching, dedication to student success, and the ability to provide personalized attention to learners with diverse needs.
