Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented, reliable, and efficient Hindi Content Moderator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for reviewing and moderating user-generated content to ensure it complies with the platform's community guidelines and quality standards. The ideal candidate should be fluent in Hindi, possess a strong understanding of cultural nuances, and be capable of making quick, accurate decisions based on predefined guidelines.

Key Responsibilities:

Content Review: Monitor, review, and moderate user-generated content in Hindi across various platforms, ensuring compliance with community guidelines, terms of service, and legal requirements.

Maintain Quality Standards: Ensure all content adheres to platform policies, including preventing harmful content such as hate speech, harassment, spam, or inappropriate material.

Flag Violations: Identify and flag inappropriate or offensive content in real-time, in line with platform standards and guidelines.
