Understand key business objectives and strategy for assigned product(s).
Produce clearly defined requirements in user story format, maintaining a backlog depth of 1.5–2 sprints.
Develop in-depth product knowledge for assigned product areas.
Establish and maintain positive relationships with clients, stakeholders, and peers.
Drive discussions to elaborate process flows, user stories, story mapping, acceptance criteria, and success criteria.
Support training and UAT with product capability details.
Manage product goals, metrics, and ensure on-time delivery.
Collaborate with stakeholders to prioritize backlog and maintain product roadmaps regularly.
Coordinate with Delivery Manager on delivery timelines.
Influence and present updates on product initiatives to internal and external stakeholders.
Review roadmap efforts with Scrum team and BPOs for prioritization.
Prepare and align objectives for quarterly planning, decomposing work for prioritized program epics and confirming delivery timings.
Lead indirect reports and initiatives.
Own the product development lifecycle, including status reporting and customer communication strategies.
Understand technology systems and customer journeys impacted by product/capability area.
Translate complex business objectives into communication strategies and agile implementation.
Work with cross-functional partners to deliver business cases via intake, prioritization, design solutions, journey mapping, capability build, adoption, roll-out, and benefit validation.
