Role Overview:
UnBlok is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Science Teacher to join our team on a part-time, remote basis. The ideal candidate will deliver high-quality science education for students in grades 812, develop engaging curriculum content tailored to diverse learning needs, and foster a positive and interactive virtual learning environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver effective and engaging lessons in high school science, aligned with the American curriculum.
- Develop and adapt curriculum materials to meet students academic needs and learning styles.
- Create an interactive and supportive virtual classroom environment that encourages student participation and success.
- Regularly evaluate students progress and provide feedback to promote their holistic development.
- Maintain discipline, punctuality, and professionalism in all interactions with students and colleagues.
Qualifications:
- Strong expertise in Science and Science Education.
- Qualified Teacher Certification (preferred).
- Proven experience teaching high school science.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Science or a related education field.
- Experience with remote teaching is a plus.
- Strong communication skills in English language and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to create interactive and engaging learning experiences that inspire students.
Requirements:
- Availability during the following time slots: 8:0012:00 AM Mon-Sat with flexibility for occasional extra classes.
- Reliable laptop, internet connection, and power backup for uninterrupted online sessions (preferred).
- Demonstrated discipline, punctuality, and a strong sense of responsibility.
