Key Responsibilities

• Teach higher secondary students in the respective subjects (Science, Commerce, Computer Science, Web Technology, or NEET/JEE preparation)
• Prepare lesson plans, teaching materials, and assessment tools aligned with curriculum and exam requirements
• Conduct classes, practical sessions, and tutorials effectively
• Mentor and guide students for academic improvement and competitive exam readiness
• Assess student performance through tests, assignments, and examinations
• Provide feedback to students and parents to track progress
• Stay updated with curriculum changes, exam patterns, and teaching methodologies
• Maintain discipline, classroom decorum, and encourage a positive learning environment
