Role Description

We are seeking a highly motivated High-Ticket Sales Closer to manage 1:1 sales calls with warm leads generated from our webinars. You'll be responsible for understanding each prospect's needs, building trust and rapport, and enrolling them into our premium programs or services.

This role is ideal for someone who has a proven track record in consultative selling, especially for high-value offers, and thrives in a performance-driven environment.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Sales, including experience with high-ticket sales strategies
  • Strong Interpersonal Skills and Communication abilities
  • Experience in delivering excellent Customer Service
  • Proven ability to engage and persuade clients effectively
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Prior experience in the training or coaching industry is advantageous
  • Availability for on-site work in Ahmedabad is required

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct scheduled 1:1 Zoom or phone calls with warm leads generated from webinars or other marketing funnels.
  • Diagnose each prospect's goals, challenges, and fit for our high-ticket service using a consultative script and framework.
  • Present the value proposition of the program clearly and confidently.
  • Handle objections with empathy and authenticity, ensuring prospects feel supported in making a decision.
  • Close sales with integrity and in alignment with our company's values and mission.
  • Maintain accurate records of all calls, conversions, and follow-ups in the CRM system.
  • Provide regular feedback to the marketing and webinar teams to enhance lead quality and sales flow.
  • Achieve (and exceed) weekly and monthly sales targets.

Requirements

  • 2-5 years of experience in sales or closing, preferably with high-ticket offers.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Strong emotional intelligence and the ability to lead conversations with confidence and empathy.
  • Familiarity with consultative or value-based selling frameworks.
  • Comfortable working independently and managing your own schedule.
  • Tech-savvy (CRM tools, Zoom, Google Workspace).

Preferred

  • Background in personal development, consulting, or B2C high-ticket services.
  • Strong understanding of customer psychology and decision-making processes.
