Position: High School Science-1 Teacher

Location: The Rosary School, Viman Nagar Campus

What This Role Involves:

- Teaching foundational science subjects aligned with the prescribed curriculum

- Planning and delivering structured lessons in Physics, Chemistry, Biology, or General Science

- Developing lesson plans, assignments, and instructional materials

- Encouraging curiosity, inquiry, and scientific thinking in the classroom

- Ensuring students understand and apply scientific concepts effectively

In the Classroom, You Will:

- Teach with clarity and structure, simplifying complex scientific ideas

- Use demonstrations, experiments, and real-life examples to enhance understanding

- Create an engaging, inclusive, and disciplined learning environment

- Promote participation, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills

- Adapt teaching strategies to suit different learning styles

Assessment & Student Development:

- Design and conduct tests, quizzes, and practical assessments

- Evaluate student performance and provide constructive feedback

- Maintain accurate academic records and track student progress

- Identify learning gaps and support students through targeted guidance

- Encourage continuous improvement and confidence in learning

Laboratory & Classroom Management:

- Supervise laboratory experiments and ensure safety protocols are followed

- Maintain and manage lab equipment and resources effectively

- Ensure discipline and a focused academic environment in the classroom

- Handle classroom challenges with consistency and fairness

Collaboration & Contribution:

- Communicate regularly with parents regarding student progress

- Collaborate with colleagues to improve teaching practices

- Participate in school activities, meetings, and training programs

- Support extracurricular initiatives such as science fairs or clubs
