Role Description

This is a full-time remote position for a High Performance Sales Trainer/Coach. The primary responsibility is to deliver engaging and impactful sales training sessions tailored to different teams and individuals to enhance their skills and performance. Your daily tasks will include creating and implementing robust training programs, monitoring individual and team progress, providing actionable feedback, and mentoring sales professionals to meet and exceed targets. Collaboration with team leaders to analyze training needs and ensuring alignment with company goals will also be a key aspect of the role.

Qualifications

  • Strong Presentation Skills and Communication abilities, both verbal and written, to deliver engaging training sessions and effectively convey concepts.
  • Experience in Sales Trainings, with a proven track record of designing and delivering training programs that drive measurable results.
  • Expertise in Training & Development, with a strong focus on enhancing skillsets and fostering career growth.
  • Customer Service skills to relate training to real-world client interactions and improve customer-facing strategies.
  • Proven mentoring or coaching experience, with the ability to inspire and motivate sales teams.
  • Exceptional organizational and analytical skills to evaluate performance and develop targeted solutions.
  • Proficiency with virtual meeting and training tools, as the role is fully remote.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Education, or a related field is preferred.
  • Experience working in technology, education, or AI-driven industries is an advantage.
