High-Agency Founding Full Stack Developer

Our previous tech lead couldn't execute. We'd rather tell you that plainly than pretend otherwise. We're in GTM. The next 6 months will define what Ezyr becomes.

Ezyr is building the Glass Box - a visual development platform where the logic of your application is transparent, modifiable and actually yours. No black boxes. No vendor lock-in. No dead-ends.

We're solving a real problem: no-code tools break when you outgrow them and AI coding tools generate code that not everybody understands. We're building the third option and the MVP already exists.

Here's what you get:

Here's what you'll work with:

Frontend:React 18+, TypeScript, Redux Toolkit, Zustand, TanStack Query. The core of what we're building is a visual workflow engine - so hands-on experience with canvas-based UIs, @xyflow/react, react-dnd, or similar graph/drag-and-drop libraries is a strong signal you'll hit the ground running. You should understand the graph rendering pipeline, not just use it.

Backend: Node.js, Express, PostgreSQL, Redis, Bull for job queues, Socket.io for real-time.

Infrastructure: AWS (we use CDK), Docker, GitHub Actions. You don't need to be a DevOps specialist but you should be able to own this without hand-holding.

AI/LLM: LangChain, LangGraph, OpenAI API. We're building AI into the core of the product - this isn't a wrapper, it's architectural.You don't need to be an expert in all of it. But you should be strong in most, know what you don't know and be the kind of person who figures it out.

What we need from you:

• You've built and shipped real products. Not tutorials. Not side projects that you did not complete.
• You can hold the entire system in your head - front-end, back-end, database, infra.
• You solve problems from first principles. You hunt down the root cause instead of just patching the symptom.
• You treat a deadline as a commitment, not a suggestion.
• You are obsessed with building things that actually solve a fundamental problem, not just shipping features for the sake of looking busy.

This is not for everyone. The pay is low on purpose - it's a filter.

We want someone who's betting on the outcome, not collecting a cheque.

If the equity upside of building a category-defining product from the ground up doesn't excite you more than a comfortable salary, please don't apply.

Above all, we're looking for someone with an insatiable hunger, someone who finds it physically uncomfortable to watch a solvable problem go unsolved.
