Roles and Responsibilities:
- Conduct hands-on analyses using large-scale secondary data sources (e.g., claims, EHR, registries)
- Develop study protocols and statistical analysis plans (SAPs) for RWD studies
- Perform data cleaning, data transformation, and build statistical models using appropriate tools
- Interpret study findings and prepare scientifically sound deliverables aligned with business objectives
- Ensure adherence to timelines while managing data-related deliverables across multiple projects
- Communicate insights clearly to stakeholders including internal teams and external clients
- Stay updated on evolving methodological standards, HEOR frameworks, and analytical techniques
- Contribute subject matter expertise to shape HEOR data and analytics strategy
Skills Required:
Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in R Programming, Python, SAS
- Strong expertise in Data Analytics and Statistical Modeling
- Experience with RWD (Real World Data), EHR, claims or registry datasets
- Strong command of Data Visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, ggplot2)
- Ability to perform data cleaning, transformation, and analytical automation
Domain & Functional Skills:
- Deep understanding of HEOR methodologies and RWE study designs
- Ability to develop study protocols and statistical analysis plans (SAPs)
- Familiarity with healthcare data standards, clinical outcomes, and regulatory expectations
Education:Master's degree or higher in Epidemiology, Biostatistics, Health Economics, Public Health, Data Science, or related field.
