6 Months Contract

In this role, you will support the HEOR and RWE analytics team in generating robust real-world evidence and analytical insights for clients in the healthcare and life sciences sectors. You will contribute to retrospective database studies, statistical analyses and evidence generation. You will:

  • Conduct data extraction, cleaning, manipulation, and analysis using SAS and R, ensuring high-quality statistical outputs
  • Perform analyses using large healthcare datasets including US claims and EU EMR data (CPRD, SNDS, etc.)
  • Support the design and execution of retrospective observational studies, including cohort development, variable definition, and confounding adjustment
  • Apply epidemiologic and statistical methods such as multivariable regression, propensity scoring, and sensitivity analyses
  • Generate structured analytical outputs, including tables, figures, and statistical summaries for reports, manuscripts, and presentations
  • Support the development of manuscripts, RWE study reports, and presentations by providing accurate and comprehensible analytical inputs
  • Translate complex analytical results into clear, actionable insights for cross-functional teams including medical, commercial, and HEOR stakeholders
  • Manage workload and ensure timely delivery according to project milestones
  • Collaborate closely with project team members, actively contributing to discussions and sharing methodological insights
  • Contribute to internal capability building, coding standardization, and process improvement initiatives within the HEOR analytics team

Essential Requirements:

  • Master's degree or higher in Biostatistics, Data Science, Epidemiology, Health Economics, or related discipline
  • 2-3 years of relevant experience in HEOR/RWE analytics, preferably in consulting or pharmaceutical industry
  • Proficiency in SAS and R for data manipulation, modeling, and visualization
  • Experience analyzing US claims and EU EMR databases such as CPRD, SNDS or similar
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Ability to manage multiple deliverables in a fast-paced consulting environment

Desired Requirements:

  • Hands-on experience in RWE database analysis projects and statistical modeling
