Job Description

  • Define and develop specific, measurable targets for all IT services to ensure service excellence
  • Monitor service performance against SLAs and take corrective actions where needed
  • Ensure service operations are aligned with organizational goals and customer expectations
  • Manage people-related tasks including roster planning, shift allocation, and resource availability
  • Foster a culture of accountability and performance management within the service delivery team
  • Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless service operations
  • Be flexible to work in rotational shifts to support 24x7 operations
