  • Ability to review the tickets and identify information gaps
  • Ability to learn quickly
  • Availability - Support team needs to be on duty on all available days of the week, including Saturday Sunday. Part of the Support team also needs to be on duty 24x7.
  • Please note that the candidate should be from educational tech domain.
