About the Role:Yuglpha Tech Pvt Ltd is looking for a detail-oriented and tech-savvy Help Desk Analyst to provide technical assistance and support to end-users. This role involves diagnosing issues, resolving them efficiently, and ensuring a smooth IT experience for our team and clients.
Key Responsibilities:- Respond to incoming help desk requests via email, chat, or phone.
- Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve hardware and software issues.
- Provide support for applications, systems, and network-related queries.
- Log all incidents and requests in a ticketing system.
- Escalate complex issues to senior technical staff as needed.
- Follow up to ensure issue resolution and user satisfaction.
Requirements:- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Basic understanding of Windows, MS Office, networking, and general IT support tools.
- Familiarity with ticketing systems and remote desktop tools is a plus.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
- IT certification or diploma preferred (CompTIA, Microsoft, etc.).
- Freshers with strong technical aptitude are welcome.
