Job Description

  • Independently resolve tickets within SLA.
  • Adhere to standard operating procedures (SOPs) and work instructions.
  • Provide inputs to modify, update, or design SOPs and work instructions.
  • Follow escalation processes and shift hand-over procedures.
  • Update and maintain the knowledge base.
  • Coach freshers to become independent and analysts on correct ticket routing and capturing critical information.
  • Perform technical upgrades across environment versions when required.
  • Manage independent shifts efficiently.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Participate in CoE meetings for knowledge sharing and acquisition.
  • Join Sev1 / Bridge calls as required.
