Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an HVAC Supervisor located in Chennai. The HVAC Supervisor will oversee daily operations, manage and guide the HVAC team, and ensure the successful execution of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning projects. Responsibilities include performing and supervising troubleshooting and repairs, executing preventive maintenance schedules, ensuring compliance with safety standards, and providing excellent service to customers. The role also involves coordinating with clients, reporting progress, and handling any issues that arise during project execution.
Qualifications
- Strong supervisory skills to effectively lead teams and manage workloads.
- Expertise in HVAC systems, including installation, maintenance, and repair.
- Proficiency in troubleshooting and diagnosing technical issues related to HVAC systems.
- Experience in planning and executing preventive maintenance schedules for HVAC equipment.
- Excellent customer service skills to interact professionally with clients and address concerns.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills to meet project deadlines.
- Familiarity with safety regulations and best practices in HVAC operations.
- Technical certification or diploma in HVAC or a related field is preferred.
