Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Chennai for a Heating Ventilation Air Conditioning (HVAC) Supervisor. The HVAC Supervisor will oversee daily operations of HVAC systems, supervise installation, maintenance, and repair projects, implement preventive maintenance schedules, and troubleshoot system issues. Responsibilities also include ensuring project compliance with technical specifications, safety guidelines, and customer requirements, while managing and supporting the service team effectively.
Qualifications
- Strong Supervisory and leadership skills, with the ability to guide and manage a service team effectively.
- Proficiency in HVAC systems, including installation, operation, and maintenance.
- Competence in Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues related to heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems.
- Experience in planning and executing Preventive Maintenance for HVAC systems to optimize performance.
- Excellent Customer Service skills with a focus on maintaining positive client relationships.
- Strong understanding of technical specifications and safety protocols in HVAC operations.
- Degree or diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering is desired.
- Prior on-site experience in HVAC supervision is highly preferred.
