Role Summary

The Senior HVAC Specialist will be responsible for the design, installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) systems. The role involves overseeing projects, ensuring system efficiency, and maintaining compliance with safety and industry standards.

Key Responsibilities

Design and review HVAC system layouts and technical specifications.

Supervise installation, testing, and commissioning of HVAC systems.

Conduct preventive and corrective maintenance activities.

Diagnose and resolve complex HVAC system faults.

Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory standards.

Prepare technical reports, documentation, and cost estimates.

Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and project teams.

Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior technicians.

Requirements

Minimum 8 years of HVAC experience, with at least 5 years in a senior role.

Strong knowledge of chillers, AHUs, VRF/VRV systems, ducting, and refrigeration systems.

Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and schematics.

Experience with HVAC control systems and energy efficiency practices.

Strong problem-solving and leadership skills.
