Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position located in Bhubaneswar for a Heating and Air Conditioning Technician. The technician will be responsible for installing, maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) systems. Day-to-day tasks include conducting diagnostic testing, performing preventative maintenance, inspecting plumbing and electrical systems related to HVAC, and ensuring equipment compliance with EPA regulations. The role involves interacting with customers and providing excellent service while ensuring all safety standards are followed.
Qualifications
- Strong troubleshooting skills to accurately diagnose and repair HVAC system issues
- Experience with plumbing and preventive maintenance specific to heating and air conditioning systems
- Knowledge of EPA regulations and standards relevant to HVAC systems
- Proficiency in electricity principles and system wiring as it applies to HVAC installation and repair
- Excellent problem-solving and customer service skills
- Ability to work on-site in Bhubaneswar and handle physically demanding tasks
- Formal training or certification in HVAC systems or a related field is preferred
