Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Heating Air Conditioning Service Technician, based in Thiruvananthapuram Taluk. Responsibilities include troubleshooting HVAC systems, performing maintenance and repairs, and conducting routine preventive maintenance to ensure system efficiency. The technician will work directly with customers, ensuring their satisfaction through professional service and problem-solving. Adhering to safety regulations, including EPA compliance, will also be an essential part of the role.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Troubleshooting and identifying issues in HVAC systems.
- Experience in Maintenance & Repair, including both minor fixes and complex repair tasks.
- Proficiency in performing Preventive Maintenance to ensure the optimal performance and longevity of equipment.
- Commitment to Customer Satisfaction with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- EPA certification or a good understanding of environmental and safety regulations related to HVAC systems.
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively on-site.
- Prior experience in HVAC or a related field is preferred.
- High school diploma, technical certification in HVAC systems, or relevant qualification is required.
