Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Heating Air Conditioning Service Technician based in Chennai. The Service Technician will be responsible for installing, maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) systems. They will perform preventive maintenance, diagnose and resolve issues efficiently, and ensure systems are functioning optimally. Delivering excellent customer service and ensuring compliance with safety and environmental regulations are key aspects of this role.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Troubleshooting and Customer Satisfaction to ensure effective problem-solving and maintaining positive client relationships.
• Proficiency in Maintenance & Repair and Preventive Maintenance to ensure HVAC systems function reliably and efficiently.
• Possession of EPA certification or similar credentials relevant to the HVAC industry.
• Knowledge of industry safety standards and environmental compliance requirements.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
• Prior experience in HVAC service and repair is highly desirable.
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical certifications in HVAC are a plus.
