Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Heating Air Conditioning Service Technician based in Chennai. The technician will be responsible for performing regular maintenance and repair of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) systems, diagnosing and troubleshooting equipment issues, and conducting preventive maintenance. Ensuring customer satisfaction by delivering timely and quality service will also be a vital aspect of the role.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in troubleshooting and resolving HVAC equipment issues
• Experience in maintenance and repair of heating and air conditioning systems
• Knowledge of preventive maintenance techniques and practices
• Strong focus on ensuring customer satisfaction through effective communication and service
• EPA certification for handling refrigerants is a plus
• Ability to work independently and adhere to safety protocols
• Relevant technical training or certification in HVAC systems
