Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Heating Air Conditioning Service Technician located in Chennai. Responsibilities include diagnosing and troubleshooting HVAC systems, conducting maintenance and repair services for both split AC and window AC units, and performing preventive maintenance to maximize system efficiency. Delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring customer satisfaction is a key part of this role.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in diagnosing, troubleshooting, and repairing HVAC systems
- Experience with routine maintenance and preventive maintenance procedures
- Ability to deliver excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction
- EPA certification or equivalent qualification is essential
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Good communication skills and ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Prior experience in AC installation and repair services is preferred
- High school diploma or relevant technical training is required
