Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Ahmedabad for a HealthTech Business Development Head. The role involves driving business growth by developing business plans, identifying new opportunities, and fostering partnerships with key stakeholders. Responsibilities include managing sales processes, overseeing account management strategies, and executing on high-impact business development initiatives. The position requires close collaboration with Sales teams and external clients to achieve company goals and revenue targets.

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in Business Development, Sales, and Account Management
• Proficiency in Business Planning and Strategic Approach to Revenue Growth
• Excellent Analytical Skills and ability to interpret business data
• Outstanding leadership, negotiation, and relationship-management skills
• Proven experience in the HealthTech sector or related industries is a MUST
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or a related field (MBA preferred)
• Demonstrated ability to work with cross-functional teams and meet performance targets
