Position OverviewWe are seeking a compassionate and proactive Health Consultant to support customers throughout their wellness journey. This role focuses on understanding customer concerns, offering appropriate Ayurvedic product recommendations, and ensuring an excellent end-to-end customer experience. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a basic understanding of Ayurvedic or wellness practices, and the ability to build trust while delivering meaningful health guidance across multiple customer touchpoints.
Key ResponsibilitiesCustomer Consultation & Support- Provide personalized wellness consultations based on customer concerns, goals, and Ayurvedic principles.
- Recommend appropriate products from Ved Sanjeevani's range with clear usage guidance.
- Interact with customers across calls, WhatsApp, and email consultations.
- Maintain high levels of customer experience through empathetic and solution-oriented communication.
Ayurvedic Guidance & Product Education- Explain product benefits, ingredients, and usage instructions in simple, easy-to-understand language.
- Educate customers about healthy lifestyle practices that complement product use.
- Stay updated on product knowledge, new launches, and evolving wellness trends.
Consumer Follow-Up & Health Tracking- Conduct follow-up interactions to track customer progress and product experience.
- Maintain detailed records of consultations, concerns, and improvements.
- Gather feedback to improve customer experience and product communication.
Collaboration & Reporting- Share consumer insights with marketing, product, and customer experience teams.
- Identify recurring customer concerns or patterns and report them proactively.
- Prepare weekly/monthly progress and performance reports.
QualificationsExperience- 14 years of experience in customer interaction roles.
- Experience in wellness, Ayurveda, healthcare, or roles such as Health Consultant, Ayurvedic Consultant, Wellness Advisor, Nutritionist, or related fields is preferred.
- Experience in D2C brands is an added advantage.
Skills- Strong communication and active listening skills.
- Ability to simplify wellness concepts for consumers.
- Basic interest or knowledge in Ayurveda, wellness, or holistic living.
Education- Bachelor's or Masters degree in Pharmacy - BPharm, Mpharm, Ayurveda, Nutrition, Life Sciences, Health Sciences, or any related field.
- Certifications in Ayurveda, Yoga, Wellness, or Health Counseling are an added advantage.
