Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Surat for a Healthcare Specialist. The Healthcare Specialist will facilitate virtual training sessions and webinars, ensuring accurate and effective information delivery. Responsibilities include addressing participants queries, delivering healthcare-related guidance, engaging with industry experts, and ensuring smooth execution of learning sessions. The role also involves maintaining clear communication between trainers and participants and contributing to the overall success of The Webinar Desk's programs.

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in EMT and Medicine, with a solid foundation in healthcare practices
• Excellent Communication skills for effective interaction with experts and learners
• Experience in Training or facilitating educational sessions is preferred
• Ability to work collaboratively on-site and manage tasks efficiently
• Relevant certifications in healthcare, EMT, or related fields are a plus
• Proven problem-solving skills and a commitment to continuous learning
