Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Healthcare Specialist located in Lucknow. The Healthcare Specialist will be responsible for performing emergency medical treatments, ensuring patient care, providing professional training, and delivering high-quality healthcare services. Strong communication and adaptability are essential as the role involves collaboration with patients, families, and medical teams to ensure comprehensive and effective care.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in EMT (Emergency Medical Technician) procedures and hands-on experience in delivering medical care
• Strong interpersonal and verbal communication skills to facilitate patient interaction and teamwork effectively
• Comprehensive knowledge and understanding of medicine and healthcare practices
• Experience in training and mentoring others in medical and healthcare-related practices
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Certification or license in healthcare-related fields is a plus
• Ability to stay calm and act quickly in high-stress or emergency situations
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
