Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Healthcare Specialist, based in Ahmedabad. The Healthcare Specialist will be responsible for providing medical care and support, facilitating essential healthcare initiatives, and contributing to the organization's mission of ensuring dignity and care for all. Daily responsibilities may include responding to medical emergencies, providing training, liaising with team members, and engaging in outreach activities to support the foundation's programs.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Emergency Medical Technician (EMT) procedures and general healthcare practices
• Strong skills in medicine and healthcare service delivery
• Excellent communication abilities, enabling clear interaction with diverse individuals and communities
• Experience in providing training sessions or workshops on healthcare topics
• Compassionate and empathetic with a commitment to social work and care for humans and animals
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team and adapt to various field conditions
• Certification or degree in healthcare, medicine, or a related field preferred
