Job Title:
Customer Support/ Care Specialist will be acting like a patient or member service partner for Tele calling & Support 1-2 Nights and 1-2 Day (Shifts)
Job Summary:
The role is responsible for managing a high volume of inbound and outbound calls, addressing patients, customer and supplier inquiries, onboarding customers, resolving complaints, marketing and converting lesds/inquiries into paid services. This role requires excellent communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a commitment to patient satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle Inbound and Outbound Calls: Manage large volumes of calls in a timely and professional manner, following communication scripts when necessary.
- Service Promotion: Inform customers about new products, services, and policies, and seize opportunities to upsell when appropriate.
- Coordination: Work with other patient service suppliers/partners, doctors, caregivers and other professionals to relentlessly improve patient services.
- Customer Inquiry Resolution: Respond to customer questions and concerns about products, services, or policies, providing accurate and satisfactory answers.
- Social Media: Support company's social media handles to generate sales and engagement

Qualifications:
- Education: Graduation; Excellent communication skills in English, conversational skills in Hindi, additional education or certifications in customer service or related fields are a plus.
- Experience: Previous experience in a customer support role in healthcare is preferred

Working arrangement:
